How many emails does it take to schedule one meeting? Does Tuesday work? How about Thursday? Actually, can we do it next week?
Microsoft Bookings gives you a simple scheduling page so people can pick a time that works for both of you, and it's included with your Microsoft 365 business plans.
Well, let's set it up.
Go to your Microsoft 365 homepage and open the app launcher, the grid of dots in the top left corner. Select Bookings. If you don't see it, check All Apps.
Choose to create a personal booking page.
Next, set up a meeting type. Give it a name, like 15 Minute Intro Call.
Choose the length and decide whether it should be a Teams meeting or in person. Then set your availability.
Bookings checks your Outlook calendar so nobody can book you during a time that's already taken. You can also add a buffer between meetings and choose how far in advance people can book. When you're happy with it, copy the link to your booking page, paste it into your email signature, your website, or straight into a reply.
Your client picks a time, and the meeting lands on both calendars automatically with a confirmation email, too, so no more email tennis.
